# Token Utility

**XPAD** uses the **XPAD** token as the main utility token in the ecosystem. 

**Membership and Ecosystem**

* **XPAD** holders are able to participate in early investment opportunities with projects we've vetted thoroughly.
* Holders in the Diamond/Platinum tiers will be able to participate in private sale allocations in the future.
* **XPAD** is also used as a reward for projects, partners and individuals who promote and share our project through various means.
